Private swap #49 - From New Zealand

The spectacular Pohutu geyser plays for its audience at Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve, Rotorua.

Cape Reinga Lighthouse: Located on the north-west extremity of New Zealand. The Cape Reinga lighthouse overlooks the meeting point of the Tasman Sea and the Pacific Ocean.

The Waitemata Harbour: From North Head, Devonport, looking back to the city centre through a maze of yachts cruising the harbour.

Coromandel Peninsula: Late afternoon sun on the Majestic Coromandel Harbour.

Rangitoto Island: This extinct volcano has become the major landmark of the Waitemata Harbour. 260 m high, the lava cone spreads over a 2,4 km radius.

Pirongia Range: Rolling hills lead into mountain ranges in the Waikato, 25 km southweat of Hamilton. This recreatinal area is popular with trampers, fishermen, hunters & campers.


Rotorua Bath House: Built in 1906-7 in a Tudor style as a bath house, the building is now an extensive art gallery and museum located at the Government Gardens, Rotorua.
