Eruption shown on this picture occured at Puu O'O cinder cone, Kilauea Volcano. Eruptions started January 3rd 1983. Here the volcano was going through it's 33rd episode of eruption. Big Island of Hawaii.

The USS Missuori is known as the Mighty Mo to those who served on her Mighty Mo arrived in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on June 22, 1998. Pearl Harbor is where she now presides as a floating museum.

Hapuna Beach is the largest beach on the Island of Hawaii. Located on the Kohala Coast, it is one of the most spectacular, with picnic and camping areas.

Aloha Tower, built in 1926, was at one time the tallest building on Oahu and is now a center for shopping, dining and a port of call for cruise ships.
