I chose this card because I love Australian animals. The Platypus is such a stange creature when skins were first sent back to Britain by early zoologists, it was thought to be a hoax. The Platypus has wabbed feet, a rubbery bill, and dense, waterproof fur. Its young hatch from eggs, and it lives in a riverbank burrow. HUGE thanks to Kellie (jazzie) for the card! And as always, I love Australian stamps!
